I would also like to point out that the "said guest" stood in reception telling guests not to check in, I would also like to point out that the "said guest" became aggresive and abusive towards our staff but stangely not to me !!, I would also like to mention that the 'said guest" placed a post on tripadvisor, very damning, but it was later removed, I have asked tripadvisor why it was removed and they will not tell me. Making matters worse, the staff cannot handle this problem, they basically say that each room has the same bed and there is nothing they can do about it! In most hotels with hard matresses the management always finds a way to please the guest, here they argue with you about it. Not recommended. Yes, I dayed at the Sira Boutique Hotel for 3 nights and found the bed so hard that it ruined my trip to Chiang Mai, by back and shoulder got progressively worse.
