Challenging Ourselves

Sandakan, Borneo

We’ve just arrived in Sandakan, Borneo! Sandakan is right near one of the major Orangutan orphanages and sanctuaries where scientists, researchers and volunteers are doing their best to save the Orangutans from extinction. Look out for pictures and videos of them coming soon!

Some of you have asked us if we’ve stopped working while traveling. The answer is no!

Grace loves to trade and to help train people with their trading so that they can be as successful as she is, and I just can’t stay away from computers, developing things, and building new projects. Besides, there are a lot of people who depend on both of us and want us to continue to help them with our skills and what we do best.

We are taking the office on the road with us! We just have to make sure that wherever we are, we can access the internet. We’ll also need to make sure that we have everything we need to work anywhere in the world, and that wherever we are, we are contactable by phone and email. (Definitely not a holiday ;) )

With all the technology and interconnectivity available today, we are very optimistic that it can be done - this whole traveling while working thing! The fact that we’re now in a remote part of Borneo surrounded by jungle and still using a high speed internet connection should be reason enough to think it can be done!

We’ve also got an exciting new project on the way, which we’ll tell you all about soon!
